Who I am

(And Why It Matters)

I'm not your average consultant with a business degree and a slide deck.I've built systems from scratch—in barns, factories, boardrooms, and communities. With 25+ years in tech, manufacturing, and leadership, I've helped organizations move from chaos to clarity.
I've led transformation on the floor, not just in theory—across government, food production, logistics, and healthcare.I've also launched community programs that last.
I founded a food bank, built youth sports programs from the ground up, and I’ve served on nonprofit boards since I was 14.When I speak, I bring that blend: real-world leadership, systems that work, and no tolerance for fluff.I'm practical. I'm grounded.
And I’ll always ask the better question before offering the easy answer.
